A broken spring on our two - car garage door was efficiently replaced by Isaac who explained the process and did a thorough inspection of the other garage door components. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Precision to any of my neighbors and family.

Our experience with Precision was great. Quick response, great communication. Kept us informed every step of the way literally than Technician Jessie arrived exactly on time and was great! Very professional, very nice, gave us all the information we needed to make a decision to move forward with the repair and we are glad we did. The original installers of our garage door couldn't even give us a day that they could do the repair. Got Precision on a Sunday, they were booked but to our house the next morning, Precision was fast and professional. Would use them again without hesitation, Highly recommend!!!

I was lucky enough to have Jeffrey Barrales as my Service Technician. What a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly gentleman. He assessed my issue and presented me several options for repair. Once I made a decision, he went to work and within an hour my door was operating like new. In addition, he assessed my other garage door and determined it was in good shape adding some lubricant to keep it operating well. He was a pleasure. I would recommend their service.

Upon calling to report a problem with our garage door opener keyless entry pad, we were able to schedule a service appointment very quickly. The technician contacted us a half hour before arriving to tell us he was on the way, and arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly, informative and efficient, and resolved the issue with a new keypad. We are very happy with this service, as well as previous services we have had, and will most certainly recommend Precision Garage Door of Fairfield to all of our friends and neighbors.

The cable on our garage door broke and dislodged the door in the shut position looking both of our cars in the garage. I contacted Precision and the technician was at our front door 2 hours later. Matt Lawrence fixed the problem in no time and could not have been nicer. He was professional, polite, and personable.

Called in the morning because of a broken cable. You were able to send a tech this morning.Jeffrey called and told me when he would be here and arrived on time. I asked him to check both doors. He explained that he would evaluate both doors, let me know what he found and then would explain the different packages. He was very knowledgeable and we discussed what he found and then showed me the packages. I chose what I thought was best for me and then he did the work. When he finished he showed me everything he did. I was very satisfied with all he did.Jeffrey was very courteous and professional. Thanks for your help.

Should be five stars...but isn't. Sales/tech really good, pricing competitve, product fine, all good...unless you want to reach the sales tech. You have to call the office, listen to five minutes of their rendition stolen from a 1990 sitcom, then get a person who is ''connecting' you to the tech, which never works so after another 5 minute or more of 'Garage Ties" they come on to say they left a message for him. Your not allowed to call his cell...he isnt allowed to give it to you...i am assumign because the company doesnt want them moonlighting..however if the sales/tech peoplke are going to do that, this would never sotp them...it only makes it horribly inconvenient for the buyer/customer.

The technicians Luke and Matt explained my options for fixing my door and quoted me prices for each. I was able to choose what worked best for me. They quickly installed my new motor and left the area neat and clean with all new openers and buttons. They were very courteous as well. The process was painless!

I needed someone to fix my garage door asap, so I took a chance and googled garage door repairs and set up an appointment to have my garage door repaired with your company. I was pleasantly surprised that the repairman, Jesse, came earlier than expected and he was very patient, courteous and professional. What an excellent experience, from making the appointment to completion of the work! I especially love the communication texts to confirm appointments, providing information on the employee (including a picture!) and sending updates and tracking on arrival. EVERY company should do this. And to top it off, the employee (Anthony) was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him there and the work he completed was excellent .Very impressed. Thank you so much! Would use this company again in a heartbeat ????.
