The technician was great. Joshua was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He gave us several options, including pricing, for our review prior to starting the work. When my automatic garage door opener broke I was able to get a next day appointment with Precision. The tech, Joshua, diagnosed what caused my opener to break, and gave me several options to repair or replace, all of which would have fixed my garage door. I chose to replace, and Joshua offered several options for that route. We worked out the best deal in my budget, and then he had me up and running again in just a couple of hours. Joshua was professional, efficient, and courteous. I would recommend him and Precision to anyone.

Thank you Precision Garage Door for coming to the rescue on a weekend (Mother's Day, no less!) to replace a broken spring. I had a garage door opener along with a keypad installed in 2016. I have never had an issue with it. Just lately my keypad was not working and after changing the battery and it still not working, I decided to give Precision a call. They could not have been more accommodating and timely. Aleksei came out on time and was able to give a quick fix to my keypad. He was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong. I was impressed with their service in 2016 and I will continue to be a customer as well as refer friends and family to Precision. Thank you for your excellent service!

Aleksei was prompt and professional. The Murphy's law issue was so frustrating that we were prepared to replace the whole system but he diagnosed the problem immediately and adjusted the sensor and chain. He made sure that it worked properly and consistently before he left. No charge for this service!

Garage Door of Fairfield County is highly professional. Kyle Kearney could not have been better. He was friendly, personable, and conveyed knowledge of everything having to do with garage openers. When my garage door wouldn’t open due to a snapped cable I contacted Precision. Within 2 hours Carlos arrived and identified my issue. He gave me a number of options and answered all my questions concerning the repairs without pressure to select one over the other. We agreed on the work and my garage was back operating shortly after. I am glad I called Precision and got Carlos and would not hesitate to do so again.
