I was lucky enough to have Jeffrey Barrales as my Service Technician. What a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly gentleman. He assessed my issue and presented me several options for repair. Once I made a decision, he went to work and within an hour my door was operating like new. In addition, he assessed my other garage door and determined it was in good shape adding some lubricant to keep it operating well. He was a pleasure. I would recommend their service.

Should be five stars...but isn't. Sales/tech really good, pricing competitve, product fine, all good...unless you want to reach the sales tech. You have to call the office, listen to five minutes of their rendition stolen from a 1990 sitcom, then get a person who is ''connecting' you to the tech, which never works so after another 5 minute or more of 'Garage Ties" they come on to say they left a message for him. Your not allowed to call his cell...he isnt allowed to give it to you...i am assumign because the company doesnt want them moonlighting..however if the sales/tech peoplke are going to do that, this would never sotp them...it only makes it horribly inconvenient for the buyer/customer.

I had used Precision previously and was satisfied with their work. When another issue came up I didn’t hesitate to call them. The team that came was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make the repairs. I would not hesitate to call them should that become necessary.

One of our garage doors snapped a spring. Called Precision after a previous positive experience with our other garage door. Ricardo C. arrived within 2 hours of placing the service call and had the spring replaced and door functioning again quickly. He even took the time to show me a feature of our remote garage door opener panel I hadn't been aware of. Another great job by Precision. Thanks!

Last December, we were having problems with one garage door closing and received your advertisement in a Value-pack, so we called. We were put on the schedule for a visit very promptly. Travis came out and quickly assessed our situation, installed one new door and got the second one operating correctly. We were quite pleased. However there was one glitch, with the door sometimes requiring us to hold the button down on the panel to close. We decided not to call during the cold of the winter and just got around to calling now. Again, a very prompt appointment and Travis arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and corrected it.

although PGD is fast and courteous I am always very surprised at the quotes I am given for new equipment and the amounts I am charged for service. For instance, a service person quoted $700.00 for a new motor for one opener..on the web the replacement motor for my unit costs @ 72.00 USD. Not sure why any motor would cost $700.00. In the end PGD is a professional operation but one I will no longer use them due to the very high prices they charge.

It sounds like your displeasure is related to price. If you have a change of heart regarding the opener I will be happy to replace it with a different one. Our garage door openers range in price from 399 to 949 dollars installed. Obviously they range in price because they range in features. Openers that have battery backup, motion sensing wall control panels, timer to close etc will cost more. With that being said I still want you to be happy with your purchase. Fixed door well. My disappointment is that the company could not provide service quicker and we had to experience two days and two nights with a wide open garage door in the middle of winter.

Excellent service and skills. The technician arrived within 90 minutes of my inquiry. He and the supervisor were able to devise a creative solution to the issue and Tyler got the work done quickly and professionally. Total invoice was quite reasonable, especially considering short notice weekend appointment. I highly recommend Precision! A++
