Justin was very helpful; answered all of my questions and got the job done. No heavy sales pitch to replace parts that didn't need fixing and was in and out as quickly as possible having fixed the issue with my garage door opener. Promptly on time. I would always recommend Precision as this is my second time using their service.

Feeling very good that I am a Precision customer! I had a new garage door opener installed in April, 2014. I have been thrilled with it ever since. Approximately 2 weeks ago, the remote stopped working. I followed all the instructions available about how to reset it but had no luck. I finally called Precision and they were able to send a technician the next day. Needless to say, Darren was able to fix the problem. I have never been disappointed with Precision!!

Well, DON'T I FEEL STUPID !! I am embarrassed to have to admit that the latest problem was my own fault--the door lock was ON !! MY APOLOGIES...for jumping the gun & assuming the worst. Justin came out here & showed me my mistake. Feel like the biggest fool EVER. Sorry also to Brian--thanks for your kindness & patience. To top it off--they gave me a free battery back-up!!!! Thanks for going above & beyond when the mistake was all mine. Just goes to show--it never pays to react in anger.:-(

Service Tech, Leo, was very professional and efficient when we had problems with our new unit. Service requests were handled quickly and Leo is timely and calls 1/2hr. ahead to confirm his arrival time. Leo is a real asset to your team! He takes the time to explain and answer questions. Also, Brian went above & beyond to accommodate us one Saturday, even though he was short-staffed at the time. Thanks !

This was not so much of a repair as an adjustment. I had a new opener installed earlier in the week and this morning it would not operate properly. Did not want to mess anything up, so called Precision to have someone come to check it out. Apparently the sensors were a bit out of line and prohibiting the door from operating. Travis was very nice and was able to correct the problem right away. Once again, nothing but a great experience with Precision!! Thank you!

This is the second time I've called Precision and it's the second time I have been totally satisfied. I had some work done last year and did not hesitate to call on them again. Travis (the technician) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did not try to "upsell" but was able to provide a clear explanation of what I needed and how much it would cost. In addition, he was able to provide the parts and install them all within 1-1/2 hours on the day that I called. This kind of service is rare to find and I would absolutely recommend Precision for anyone who needs to have garage doors serviced. Thank you, Precision!

Travis installed our new garage door. We had a problem with the wiring in our garage and he had to come back because the remotes stopped working. He found the problem quickly and fixed the problem, He made sure all remotes were working and that I was completely satisfied.

Leo did a great job fixing and explaining the repair. I felt confident in the work he did. My only complaint is the cost was more than I was expecting, but I guess I didn't realize the extent of the repairs necessary to get the door back in working order.

They preformed the service I purchase a complete garage door tune-up for 100.00. It was a great deal and they did an excellent job. I asked a lot of questions, Travis my service provider took the time to answer them fully for me. Now I understand my "garage door" a lot better. My door had also broke loose from the hinge that lifts it with the automatic opener. I paid a small fee and Travis replaced it with a better piece, now the door works and sounds so much smoother. I also asked him what to lubricate the door tracks with, he told me what to purchase and how to apply it properly.

When my 31 year old garage door opener finally quit working I went to the phone book and called several over head door companies. Precision is the one that I ended up doing business with. I will recommend them for all overhead door repairs or replacements. Darren showed up when he said he would and was very informative on all the door openers. I ended up getting the top of the line Lift Master with battery back up. Yes it was a bit more than I wanted to spend but now that it's here, I love the new door opener. It's so quiet as compared to the old opener. He said that it would be about an hour to install and he was right. Again I must say that I'm VERY happy with my purchase and would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone who is in need of repair or replacement.

My home was sold and the night before the walk through, something happened to door and I wasn't able to close it. I called in the pm because they had 24 hour service and was told the cost, but if I could wait until morning they would have someone out to help me and it would not be as costly. Being a senior i waited, the young man that came the next day did a wonderful job, very professional and personable, can't say enough good things about the company. I will use again if the need arises, they saved the day for me. Honest and polite, just nice people to do business with.

I found Precision on the Internet. Everyone's comments were so positive, that I thought I would give it a try. I cannot tell you enough how satisfied I am with their service! I called about a repair and to get an estimate on two new garage doors. Darren was the service person who came and he assessed the situation very quickly. Instead of trying to up sell me, he gave me an honest assessment and went about doing only work that was necessary. Needless to say, I did not need new garage doors and he was honest enough to let me know that. I will absolutely recommend Precision and use them in the future!

Repairman Travis T. arrived early, completely explained what was needed to complete repair, and finished the repair quickly. He also reviewed all the work with me prior to leaving. The entire experience, from the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to the service call, through the follow up was excellent. Travis was great. He explained the problem, outlined the various options for fixing it, and installed our new door opener in record time. He was professional and courteous. He's a fantastic asset to your company. It is very seldom that a company delivers on its service commitment in this manner. If I could give you six stars, I would. Leo came out today and was great! He called ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving and was right on time. He quickly assessed the problem and corrected it. He showed me what he did and why the door was making a noise when it opened and closed. Great service as always. This is why I chose Precision Door for my garage door replacement.
