It was nice they were able to come out the same day and quickly fix the issues. Technician was friendly and did a good job. However, in my opinion, the service was way over-priced.

Yesterday I had Jeff come to fix a problem with my garage door.I have had many service people over my 37 years living here,but none have been as kind and caring as this young man.Very,very knowledgeable,fixed my problem in about 20 min,and never charged me. Doug,you are so lucky to have Jeff on your team. Plus,I received two calls,giving me a time that he would be at my house. Who does that anymore? Will recommend your company to everyone. Thank you so much Doug,and many thanks to Jeff. Happy holidays.

My garage door spring snapped on a Saturday morning. I called Precision, spoke to a very helpful person who booked the service for that day. Jeffrey came out, explained what needed to be done and what it would cost, and handled the repair. I would definitely use him again.

Our garage door broke in the middle of the night. We knew right away we needed help. It wasn't something we could/should try fixing ourselves. We contacted Precision Door Service of Fairfield and immediately got an appointment the next morning. Joshua came, assessed the problem and provided on site feedback, a quote, and fixed the door this morning. We can't thank you enough for being reachable, responsive, professional, and available when we needed you!

I would give Jeff Barrales 10 stars if you had them. Jeff called about 30 min. before he came,very important for me to know timing. Aleksei did a good job. He was courteous and professional in discussing the problems and providing several alternatives. After he left we noticed that one of the panes of glass on the door was cracked.

Great service - other service providers charge an upfront fee before any service is provided and some do not waive this when then providing the service. Precision waives the fee if $100+ repairs required. In this case only minor adjustments and application of lubricant required - did so at no charge! On my list of service providers to go to

We had the best experience today. Leonardo called with estimated time of arrival. Once he got here, he was very patient to learn and work through our concerns with our garage doors/openers. He went above and beyond to find solutions and implemented them well. He also tuned up both garage systems and replaced parts to make sure they were both working to optimal capacity. Sonny was a great help today fixing a long existing garage door failure. He explained all of the options, was ready to do the repairs same day and now the door operates like new. Happy to have a warranty in case something goes awry but doubt I’ll need it.

Garage door was doing a whole lot of shake, rattle and rolling. Called on Thursday, came on Saturday and fixed in 45 minutes. Replaced worn out rollers and pulleys.

The technician, Leo, was very knowledgeable and got the door to operate normally. If it works like this for a while I'll be very happy. If not I will contact you again. He replaced the rollers and some circuit boards inside the motor housing. He also showed me how to connect my external remotes.

Original installation was in 2020, and was done well. Needed a battery replacement and Precision was prompt in scheduling the appointment with a range of alternatives. Jeffrey B., the service tech was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for new or repair work.
