I can highly recommend Precision! All the people were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I loved getting an email beforehand with a photo of who to expect. My old garage door was replaced with a new door. The servicemen showed up on time, worked efficiently and left the work place spotless!!

Customer service is excellent!! They scheduled me the same day I called and sent me follow-up txt and emails until the technician arrived. On time I might add. Joshua Giron is an exemplary technician! He is kind, knowledgeable and extremely proficient. Precision should be proud to have him as an employee. Our experience today with Precision Overhead Garage Doors went exceptionally well. I unfortunately backed into my garage door two days ago. The installer arrived in the time frame. He was extremely interested in how I wanted the doors to work and what problems I had with the old doors. The technician was great. He was helpful and provided solutions to my problems. His detail description of the problems with my doors were concise and understandable. The work was done neatly and repaired all issues. I will use their service again and hopefully get Brain again to do the work. 5 stars but would have given him more if I could. Great experience

Folks over at Precision Overhead Garage are the best. THey had me scheduled within a day of me calling and Julian Villamor my service tech was outstanding. Explained everything to me, dint try and sell me on additional parts, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly. Highly recommend Precision and Julian!

Not what I consider a service call (no attempt to repair) Was told only that the garage door opener was old, and that he could install a new one for $1,000 (!) I said that was too much, and he said that although you offer less expensive ones, he only had that one on the truck. He said he would send an email with his recommendation, but the follow-up email I received was a 'no reply' email indicating "Please find your form from Precision Door Service attached below:" but there was no form! What was attached was a 2 page 'COVID-19 Home Experience Safety Checklist' Needless to say, I will NOT be using Precision!

I highly recommend this company. I called on a Thursday to have my garage door repair. They came to the house on Saturday to repair the door. Two things stand out; 1) the customer service is outstanding (they confirmed the appointment via text several times, and showed up on time) 2) the door was repaired with high quality products and works perfectly. Very impressed with this company. Well run, and the person that fixed the door was very professional.
