From the minute you book their service on their website you will realize how great their service is. They communicate with you as soon as your appointment is set and then remind you the day before. The technician calls you when he is on the way. Carlos arrived right on time and what a professional, knowledgeable and courteous young man. He saw my problem immediately and further inspection showed I needed more updates to my 30 year old system. Carlos showed me my options on his tablet with all prices shown. There was never any pressure, no switch and bait and he was honest and upfront on what I needed. All in all, a very wonderful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

What I did like from Carlo’s he cover all the communication and collaboration on my issues that I was experiencing with the garage door. He’s feedbacks and reviewing the problem I had with the garage door. He honestly hold a great conversation face to face and provide relative examples, to end the problems with my garage door. Our garage door broke a spring at 9AM on Saturday; a repairman was on site at 2:00 the same day. The technician, Carlos, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and outlined a number of repair options. The work was completed quickly and he was done in less than an hour. Can't say I was pleased to have our garage door break, but Carlos made it as easy as possible. Thank you, Carlos! Highly, highly recommend these guys.

Our garage door had malfunctioned and we were unable to get our car out. Precision fielded our call with a competent human being (Liz), politely explained capabilities and got us on their repair schedule for the next AM. Carlos Ortiz arrived on time and examined the door, promised we’d get things operational quickly that day, clearly explained options for repair (just enough, good, better, best), and then cheerfully and professionally performed the work. Whatever we’d chosen to do, he had the parts on the truck. He left our garage cleaner than he found it. We’ll use Precision again.

When my garage door wouldn’t open due to a snapped cable I contacted Precision. Within 2 hours Carlos arrived and identified my issue. He gave me a number of options and answered all my questions concerning the repairs without pressure to select one over the other. We agreed on the work and my garage was back operating shortly after. I am glad I called Precision and got Carlos and would not hesitate to do so again.
