Precision Door easily scheduled my repair appointment over the phone. The garage door technician, Ricardo Clerigo, called prior to his arrival and showed up on time as scheduled. Ricardo was polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my garage door issues in short order and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He explained what was going to be fixed and he did an overall checkup on the entire door, motor etc. Half an hour after Ricardo arrived he was done and the door is now working great. I will definitely be a Percision door customer going forward. I hope all of the technicians are as efficient, knowledgeable and courteous as Ricardo Clerigo.

One of our garage doors snapped a spring. Called Precision after a previous positive experience with our other garage door. Ricardo C. arrived within 2 hours of placing the service call and had the spring replaced and door functioning again quickly. On Sunday, June 28 Ricardo Clerigo was here to repair my garage door opener. Ricardo called 30 minutes before arriving, gave an approximate time he would arrive and was he at that time. He was courteous and professional and took the time to diagnose the issues and explained everything clearly to help me make an informed decision. I was originally going to get a second/third opinion but no need after the professionalism and service I received. I felt comfortable I was getting an honest opinion so Ricardo will be back in a few days to complete the install. Precision has a great business model, that is hire good honest people! I would not recommend any other company.

Dear Mr. Bencsko We were very please with the prompt and very successful work done to free our car trapped in the garage when the overhead door rolled off its tracks and went on permanent vacation without any notice!! Ricardo C. our serviceman, was quite amazing. He arrived on time, performed his diagnostics and clearly apprised me of all the options available for necessary work.
