Easy to schedule service to get our opener fixed. Scheduler set a 8-12 window and David, the technician, was right on schedule. He was able to re-program our opener and lubricate the tracks. Cost quite reasonable for a house call. Would definitely use Prestige again.

Solved the problem in short order and, because it was a 'simple' (for him though not for me) solution did not charge me despite my entreaties. I have had Precision garage doors for 10 years and love them. Recently I had a problem (my first) and called for service. They were here the next day. It seems I had knocked a sensor loose, The technician, who called twice before arriving to keep me informed of his arrival time and could not have been friendlier, fixed it and I was never charged for the call or the service.
