This is the second time we've used Precision and it's been a great experience both times. Easy to get an appointment, tech on time. The updates on arrival are great. The tech, Mike, speaks clearly and is competent/pleasant. The prices are reasonable. Really sets a standard for house work contractors.

Precision (Gafur specifically) was excellent. He let me know when he would arrive and updated me on his progress. When he arrived he was very personable and professional. My original call was to repair a broken spring that prevented my garage door from opening, but after his careful and thorough inspection, it was determined that much more was required. In the end I had much of the entire system replaced including the motor and several parts that needed to be updated and replaced. Gafur was fast and efficient and the work was completed quickly. He also helped me set up the system to include guiding me through setting up WiFi access to the garage and creating new passwords for the unit. He was a pleasure. Thank you Pecision for you quick response to my request for help and for sending Gafur. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone needing any garage-related work done professionally and expeditiously.

As for the first visit a week ago, Gafur's weatherstripping work was outstanding. He came in early, took the time necessary to do a perfectionist's job, and this with a friendly smile at all times. I had a question about a paint touch-up kit, which he answered in detail. Great job, fair price, excellent work!

The appointment was set up clearly and conveniently. The serviceman let me know exactly when he would arrive and kept me informed as to his progress. Superb service!! One of my cables and springs broke on a Friday night and I was able to have someone come by the next day to do the repair.
