Precision was easier to deal with than most service providers. With about three clicks on a menu a person came on line and quickly confirmed the earliest appointment (next morning 10-2pm). Very competent serviceman arrived on time and performed a quick evaluation and cost of service quote. Repair was done fast and effectively, and he explained what he had done and what did not now have to be done. He explained how to align the photo beam which interrupts closing which has been troublesome. First time ever I received a text asking if there is any follow up question or issue. Bravo! As it happens there was a follow up problem and the office caused the serviceman to call me the next morning to deal with the problem. Double Bravo! My only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cost was higher than I can rationalize. But such good service deserved a premium price.

The company is very reliable. From first scheduling to completion the is great communication throughout. They installed my garage door years ago. Anytime there was a problem. They always came out quickly and always resolved the problem. This morning the garage door wouldn’t open when the pad was pushed. I called for service and Mike came out. and did a great job in getting everything restored. he explained everything that needed to be done and showed me a price before anything was started. Easy to schedule service to get our opener fixed. Scheduler set a 8-12 window and David, the technician, was right on schedule. He was able to re-program our opener and lubricate the tracks. Cost quite reasonable for a house call. Would definitely use Prestige again.

Jeff was excellent. He took the time to inspect my 1985 garage door system and clearly explained what was worn and why. He showed me multiple opener and hardware options and let me choose what best fit my needs. Yesterday was our second experience with Precision, and once again we couldn't be happier with the service. We were able to make an appointment the very day we needed it, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within forty minutes. Our technician David Goldstein was professional in every way. Awesome experience from a customer service view. Did everybody involved in the process go to Charm School? Again, awesome experience, but so is the bill compared to the last time I had to replace the spring and cables in 2000.
