Precision setup an appointment very fast. They also had a coupon for the service call which was very helpful. Joshua the technician arrived exactly on time. Hi, Joshua was my technician today for my repair. He was great! He explained his troubleshooting process in detail and asked for my okay to take that diagnositc/repair route. He discovered that the safety sensors had malfunctioned and replaced them. This for me was the most inexpensive route of repair, so I went with it. However, Josh's straight forward, no nonsense approach has Precision on my radar for any other repairs or replacement I might need. Josh and Precision were a good find for me today.

Precision was easier to deal with than most service providers. With about three clicks on a menu a person came on line and quickly confirmed the earliest appointment (next morning 10-2pm). Very competent serviceman arrived on time and performed a quick evaluation and cost of service quote. Repair was done fast and effectively, and he explained what he had done and what did not now have to be done. He explained how to align the photo beam which interrupts closing which has been troublesome. First time ever I received a text asking if there is any follow up question or issue. Bravo! As it happens there was a follow up problem and the office caused the serviceman to call me the next morning to deal with the problem. Double Bravo! My only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cost was higher than I can rationalize. But such good service deserved a premium price.

Awesome experience from a customer service view. Did everybody involved in the process go to Charm School? Again, awesome experience, but so is the bill compared to the last time I had to replace the spring and cables in 2000.
