This is a real and honest review: Your guy, Joshua, was so good. Your company is so good. Same day service. Repaired what was necessary...didn't try to sell me anything. Josh is a super guy. He even set up my app and showed me how to use it. I will use this guy/company for sure if I ever need garage door service. I'm really satisfied.

Very pleased with the service which I was provided by Josh. I was able to get an appointment which was convenient to me within 24 hours and Josh explained the options I had available to me without being overly pushy. Once we decided on the course the work was quickly and expertly completed. Josh tested my entire system, not just the door he worked on and left the area as clean as it was before hand. Highly recommend this company.

Came home Wednesday night and garage door wouldn't open. A quick look showed a the least the main spring had snapped. Went online to book an appointment with Precision and the door was fixed by 10:30am the next day. Amazing service, fast with lots of communication and the ability to track where your service person is! Would very much recommend Precision to anyone looking for help with their garage door!

Precision installed a keypad for my garage door this morning. The installer arrived when he said he would, installed the keypad in about 10 minutes and the price was reasonable, which is rare nowadays. I was very happy with that.

The appointment was set up clearly and conveniently. The serviceman let me know exactly when he would arrive and kept me informed as to his progress.
