I was able to get an appointment which was convenient to me within 24 hours and Josh explained the options I had available to me without being overly pushy. Once we decided on the course the work was quickly and expertly completed. Josh tested my entire system, not just the door he worked on and left the area as clean as it was before hand. Carlos evaluated our issue with our keypad and determined that the contacts for the numbers were worn. He was able to quickly replace the keypad and we were back up and working with our garage in about a half hour. Since he arrived at the early in the day the service had zero impact on our schedule. To top it off he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Precision installed a keypad for my garage door this morning. The installer arrived when he said he would, installed the keypad in about 10 minutes and the price was reasonable, which is rare nowadays. I was very happy with that.
