Tech did a good job. Cost was unreasonable. Parts real cost are $100-200. Leaves labor cost for 2 hours at around $1000.

Yes I had a great experience with Joshua and Precision.Showed up earlier than scheduled. He explained all of my options and walked me through what the issue was with my door and motor. I decided to have him go ahead and install the new motor option. I'm so happy I did. The price was a bit on the high side of the budget that I had in mind, but the end result was worth it. Joshua was meticulous and installed all of the components with attention to detail. I appreciated that. To also know that I can have Precision as my go to vendor was a nice perk. A sprocket/gear broke on our 20 year old garage door opener. After discussing options with technician Ryan Murphy we opted to replace vs repair given the age of the unit. He had the new equipment on the truck and completed the installation in under 2 hours which included tuning, stabilizing and adjusting all components of the garage door. Great communication from my initial phone call to completed install. Ryan was fantastic! Highly recommend.
