Excellent service! Jeffrey from Precision Door Service of Fairfield was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly. He serviced and greased all of the garage door parts and springs, got our remotes working properly again, and installed a new keypad for us. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the entire system running so much better than before. It’s always refreshing to have someone show up who is skilled, helpful, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. I would absolutely recommend Jeffrey and Precision Door Service and would happily request him again. Five stars!

I had an excellent experience with Precision Overhead doors. My almost 20 year old garage door would close then immediately open again. This happened several times. One day, the door wouldn't close. That’s when I called Precision. David arrived within the hour, diagnosed the problems (there were several) and suggested a fix. Less than 3 hours later, I had a smooth running, quiet garage door. In addition to replacing the 20 year old opener, David replaced all of the rollers eliminating loud, tortured creaking when the door was opened or closed. I highly recommend Precision.

Precision setup an appointment very fast. They also had a coupon for the service call which was very helpful. Joshua the technician arrived exactly on time. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I also liked that they sent an email confirming who was coming with a picture of Joshua and a short bio. Also received text from the service manager and a text let me know that Technician Joshua had arrived.

Precision Overhead Garage Doors promised a WOW experience and that they provided. From the initial call to set up an appointment, to the speedy, same day response and completion of the work at hand, I cannot say enough. Our technician, David Goldstein, was courteous, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about our issues and how to correctly address them. He was fantastic! I was also impressed by the office's procedures to keep me in the loop until David arrived. They sent a picture and a bio of David and followed up after he was done to check on our satisfaction. Hi, Joshua was my technician today for my repair. He was great! He explained his troubleshooting process in detail and asked for my okay to take that diagnositc/repair route. He discovered that the safety sensors had malfunctioned and replaced them. This for me was the most inexpensive route of repair, so I went with it. However, Josh's straight forward, no nonsense approach has Precision on my radar for any other repairs or replacement I might need. Josh and Precision were a good find for me today.

Jeff was excellent. He took the time to inspect my 1985 garage door system and clearly explained what was worn and why. He showed me multiple opener and hardware options and let me choose what best fit my needs. After the installation, he patiently set up the app, demonstrated all the features, and ran tests to make sure everything worked properly. The difference is remarkable—the door is incredibly quiet now and no longer slams shut when closing. I appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail.

Jeff did a fantastic job! I had a 40+ year-old garage door. The bearings were shot. The springs were the wrong size. The pulleys were locked up. I chose the mid-level and the installation was super quick as a bonus. Jeff took a look at my existing 24-year-old opener that hadn’t worked in years. He adjusted some of the sensors did a little tweaking and he got that to Work! I was shocked, superservice Highly recommended!
