I chose Precision because of the reviews I read from customers in my service area; they all praised the repairmen and the quality of service received and I agree with all of the reviews. My repairman was professional, polite, knowledgeable, he explained what parts (springs, rollers and cables) were necessary to repair my garage door and gave me a cost breakdown for each part. My garage door works like its brand new!!

Jeff was excellent. He took the time to inspect my 1985 garage door system and clearly explained what was worn and why. He showed me multiple opener and hardware options and let me choose what best fit my needs. After the installation, he patiently set up the app, demonstrated all the features, and ran tests to make sure everything worked properly. The difference is remarkable—the door is incredibly quiet now and no longer slams shut when closing. I appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail.

Jeff did a fantastic job! I had a 40+ year-old garage door. The bearings were shot. The springs were the wrong size. The pulleys were locked up. I chose the mid-level and the installation was super quick as a bonus. Jeff took a look at my existing 24-year-old opener that hadn’t worked in years. He adjusted some of the sensors did a little tweaking and he got that to Work! I was shocked, superservice Highly recommended!
