I found Precision Door Service through the Value Pak mailer. Leo arrived on time, competently evaluated my problem and reviewed my service options. He performed the service efficiently and professionally. I appreciated how he answered all my questions, even ones about future services. Of particular note, I really liked the email appointment confirmation and the "get to know your Tech" photos.

Travis called me first thing in toe morning on the day he was coming for service and gave me an estimated time he would arrive at my house, he then called again to confirm his time and was on time. He was very professional. explained what was wrong with my system and what he was going to do to fix it. I felt that he respected my time and intelligence by explaining the problem and solution and what I can do from having the problem happen again. I have never used Precision Door Service before , But I would definitely recommend them...very professional.

Darren was very friendly, professional, and explained every step that would be needed to fix our old, broken, door-opener and the reasons why! Was here first thing in the morning, as requested, completed the job within an hour! After completing, he went over everything he did and supplied us with the remotes and outside key-pad. Very good experience!! Hope I will not need any servicing soon - but if I do I have your number right by the door! Thank-you for a job well-done!

I'm pleased to write a very positive report about Darron's work. He first diagnosed the problem - a burned out motor on the garage opener in one bay. He said the solution was a new motor and then described the costs and features of two different models. I chose the model with a built-in battery backup. He installed that model, installed an exterior door opener, and then provided two hand-held openers, one for each of our autombiles. All told, he did excellent work, leaving two very satisfied customers behind, namely me and my wife. Bravo, Darren!
