I sent an email Monday morning explaining that my ancient garage door had broken and needed either repair, or more likely, replacement. A service visit was quickly scheduled and the following morning Travis showed up right on time, studied the old door and took me through the most appropriate solution for my needs. He was very professional, helpful and efficient. I'm looking forward to my new garage door. Thank you!

We had and I use the word "Had" a buckle in our garage door. We received in a mailer a coupon for Precision Door and made the call. They were out the next day, professional, friendly, skilled and HONEST!!!!! He fixed the buckle, gave me his opinion for the future of the door which was the same conclusion we had come too. The experience was a very good one and we would recommend this company.

I chose Precision to repair two garage doors after researching several companies on the internet. My decision was heavily weighted on customer reviews. The customer service representative was able to accommodate my schedule and followed up with a confirmation email. My technician, Leo R, called 1 hour prior to my scheduled appointment to confirm that he would be here as scheduled. Leo was very professional and efficient. After completing a safety inspection he gave me several options and recommendations for the required repairs. One door required a new door opener and the other required a door re-build kit. Leo said the work would take approximately 2 hours to complete. He had all the parts required for the job in his truck, and completed the job (including clean-up) within the estimated time frame. Both doors operate smoothly and are much quieter. I would definitely call Precision for future work, and I highly recommend this company.

Travis was on time and very efficient. He quickly repaired the broken spring, and very thoroughly presented options for replacing two old garage door openers. He was quick and efficient in installing new openers. Very satisfied.
