I was more than happy with David B. who came out and fixed both garage doors. I had new doors installed 2 years ago by another company and was never happy with how they were installed. Two years later, doors are having wires snap, doors were off kilter and not shutting completely. I was determined not to call the original installer because his work was substandard. David B. came, saw the problem, fixed it and I was more than satisfied. I’m so glad I called your company and even more glad my garage door problems are over with.

Came home Wednesday night and garage door wouldn't open. A quick look showed a the least the main spring had snapped. Our garage door broke a spring at 9AM on Saturday; a repairman was on site at 2:00 the same day. The technician, Carlos, was outstanding. My boyfriend back into the garage door and then tried to open it. It was a disaster. I called Precision this morning frsntic and a tech was at my home within 2 hours. Jeffrey Barrales came and took him time fixing my garage door. He explained everything that needed to be done. He even lubricated my 2nd door which was a little noisy. He was pleasant and the cost was much less than I initially expected. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

Technician periodically let us know when he would be here. He also showed up on time . Door was old and needed to be replaced. Technician ordered what we needed and we are now awaiting installation. So far we are very pleased with everything .
