If you are looking for a professional, competent garage door repair look no further than Precision Door Service. From the minute you book their service on their website you will realize how great their service is. They communicate with you as soon as your appointment is set and then remind you the day before. The technician calls you when he is on the way. Carlos arrived right on time and what a professional, knowledgeable and courteous young man. He saw my problem immediately and further inspection showed I needed more updates to my 30 year old system. Carlos showed me my options on his tablet with all prices shown. There was never any pressure, no switch and bait and he was honest and upfront on what I needed. All in all, a very wonderful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Hi, To whom may concern, I want to provide my feedback on the performance job that took place on 6/22. Tech Carlos Ortiz is very optimistic and very respectful and polite. What I did like from Carlo’s he cover all the communication and collaboration on my issues that I was experiencing with the garage door. He’s feedbacks and reviewing the problem I had with the garage door. He honestly hold a great conversation face to face and provide relative examples, to end the problems with my garage door. Great job Carlos thank you for all you did. My wife and I we are very happy.

Our garage door broke a spring at 9AM on Saturday; a repairman was on site at 2:00 the same day. The technician, Carlos, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and outlined a number of repair options. The work was completed quickly and he was done in less than an hour. Can't say I was pleased to have our garage door break, but Carlos made it as easy as possible. Thank you, Carlos! Highly, highly recommend these guys.

My boyfriend back into the garage door and then tried to open it. It was a disaster. I called Precision this morning frsntic and a tech was at my home within 2 hours. Jeffrey Barrales came and took him time fixing my garage door. He explained everything that needed to be done. He even lubricated my 2nd door which was a little noisy. He was pleasant and the cost was much less than I initially expected. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

Technician periodically let us know when he would be here. He also showed up on time . Door was old and needed to be replaced. Technician ordered what we needed and we are now awaiting installation. So far we are very pleased with everything .

This was my first time using Precision and I was very impressed. Julie in customer service was so pleasant and helpful. She had a technician out the next day to repair the garage door. Tom the service technician was excellent and even got the other garage door working. He arrived in the expected timeframe and completed the work in a very timely manner. I had a cable in the garage snap when I came home from work the other night. The process of contacting Precision was so easy. They scheduled me for first thing the next day and offered to call if any emergency cancellations occurred. The technician arrived promptly, was informative about the process and also transparent in my options. The work was done quickly.
