Tom the service technician was excellent and even got the other garage door working. He arrived in the expected timeframe and completed the work in a very timely manner. Francisco called and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled afternoon appointment, which was appreciated. Upon listening to my concerns and checking the condition of the garage door components, made recommendations as to the options available. He answered all of my questions and didn't push the most expensive options as being the most necessary. Finished all the work in just over an hour and then walked me through all of the workings of the new opener and remotes. I would highly recommend Precision and Francisco!

Excellent service at a fair price. Brian called me to give me a heads up he was coming, and even asked if I wanted a coffee because he was stopping for one on the way! Once he arrived and inspected the door, he gave me several options, one "short term" to get it working, and one more long term, to increase the life of all of it. No pressure on either option, he just laid them both out and let me chose. Work was done quickly and explained once he was done. I highly recommend Brian and the whole Precision team.
