Travis was able to fix our opener wiring problem. He also brought to my attention a spring which was ready to break and some other issues. We replaced the springs, safety wires and other operating hardware.

Darren arrived during the scheduled time range, and literally within seconds had figured out why our garage door opener would open but not close. It was the replacement electric eye I had tried replacing myself, he knew right away that model was not going to work with my garage door opener. He had the correct replacement equipment on his truck and was done and had everything working again in less than an hour.
