Had an issue with my garage door opener called Precision and it couldn’t have gone better. They kept me informed as to when the service technician was coming. Leo was great, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable he saw the problem gave me a couple of ways to fix it then did a great job taking care of it. Rick the technician took his time and explained all of the options and was not putting the hard sell on. The design portion of the website was helpful in selecting door styles and hardware options. Reinaldo the installer was on time, pleasant, and the install was perfect. All 3 doors look great and are working well with the door openers.

Travis was able to fix our opener wiring problem. He also brought to my attention a spring which was ready to break and some other issues. We replaced the springs, safety wires and other operating hardware.

Darren arrived during the scheduled time range, and literally within seconds had figured out why our garage door opener would open but not close. It was the replacement electric eye I had tried replacing myself, he knew right away that model was not going to work with my garage door opener. He had the correct replacement equipment on his truck and was done and had everything working again in less than an hour.
