I had my garage door repaired a week ago by Precision, and it needed a minor adjustment. I called, and the technician came out the next morning and fixed the problem. He was prompt (actually early!), courteous and efficient. Precision honored their warranty, and I was not charged anything for this follow up visit.

Darren arrived during the scheduled time range, and literally within seconds had figured out why our garage door opener would open but not close. It was the replacement electric eye I had tried replacing myself, he knew right away that model was not going to work with my garage door opener. He had the correct replacement equipment on his truck and was done and had everything working again in less than an hour.

I am glad Justin called me before he showed up to let me know he was close. When he arrived, I explained to him what I did to repair the internals of the garage door opener and that I wanted him to set and calibrate the chain. He quoted me the price and fixed it. He immediately knew what was wrong with my garage door, and did not try to up-sell me in any way. I had no idea my garage doors could operate so smooth and quietly!! No specific reason for choosing Precision. They did respond quickly and were polite on the phone. Darren was excellent, knowledgable and helpful. I would probably use Precision again, even though I felt the cost was high for the amount of work done and the parts.

The keypad to open my garage door wasn't working anymore. I did an internet search and this company caught my eye because of the standard rapid response time they advertised. Darren was the technician dispatched to do the job and he was an excellent representative of your company. Very personable, informative and efficient. I found the rates to be reasonable and the job was finished in 15 minutes. WIll definitely use again for my garage door service needs. Thank you!!
