Without exaggeration, my experience today with Precision Garage Door Service was nothing short of exceptional. They came out same day from when I called. But worth pointing out was the technician who serviced the door. His name was Mike Mirzobek. Mike is truly amongst the most professional and pleasant people who have ever worked at my house. His level of explanation regarding the various options I had to repair the door was very helpful. He was orderly and clean. The repair was perfect. This was my first experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and I can highly recommend it! The online appointment sign-up was thorough and easy. They kept in touch via text and email to notify me they had received my request, when they would arrive and the name and credentials of the technician. The day of, they contacted me with their arrival time. The technician, Alexis, was polite and knowledgeable. He asked about my garage door problems, checked them himself and set to work to fix and do maintenance on both doors as requested. We were very satisfied with service we received. Thank you!

Our garage door had malfunctioned and we were unable to get our car out. Precision fielded our call with a competent human being (Liz), politely explained capabilities and got us on their repair schedule for the next AM. Carlos Ortiz arrived on time and examined the door, promised we’d get things operational quickly that day, clearly explained options for repair (just enough, good, better, best), and then cheerfully and professionally performed the work. Whatever we’d chosen to do, he had the parts on the truck. He left our garage cleaner than he found it. We’ll use Precision again.

Travis called 15 minutes before arriving. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant. He cleaned the rails and replaced the rollers ver quickly. At my request, he looked at the opener mechanism. It is beginning to show signs of wear but may last one year, he advised. My door and opener were installed in 1987. Travis is a knowledgable technician. Excellent service.
