HE SHOWED ME DIFFRRENT OPENERS WITH DIFFERENT PRICES AND LET ME DECIDE WHICH ONE I WANTED AND COULD AFFORD. HAD MY NEW DOOR OPENER INSTALLED IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. Precision sent Jeff out right away, giving me updates on his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, took pictures to show me just what it was, gave me options and an estimate, and finished up quickly. He was so pleasant and helpful! I highly recommend.

Joey was the technician who came out to diagnose a problem with my garage door opener. He was extremely polite, and courteous, and even offered to bring me coffee when he called with his eta! He arrived when he said he would, and took the time to evaluate the problem and offer a variety of options for repair/replacement. He was extremely thorough. Overall very pleased with the level of service.

I just left a 5 star review on Google as well. Soner and Joey are excellent technicians and gave me different options in order to get my old door fixed quickly. Precision is well represented by them and I would use Precision again.

Rick Jones of Precision Door did a great job. My garage door is over sixty years old and had broken down. After emailing a request for an estimate, Rick came promptly, provided an estimate. He replaced and installed all the mechanical parts, including new cables, pulleys, safety cables, springs, and rollers, which is essentially a rebuild. The wooden garage door and metal tracks were in good condition and still usable. I was completely satisfied with the results, and impressed with the ease of handling paperwork and payment, which he processed on the spot with a mobile tablet. It was also a pleasure to work with Rick.

My garage door's motor was very old and not working. When I called that service, they sent a repair man to come to my house on the same day. I thought the service was super and quick. I asked if they have the brand of LiftMaster as best quality and safety features for my two cats and they said yes. The repair man did show up well and replaced the new one. I am very satisfied with their excellent service.
