The young man that came today, Mike Mirzobek, did a great job explaining what was wrong with the door and the work needed at this time which I agreed to do, that is replacing the plates and screws at the bottom of each side of the door - he also lubricated all parts. Mike also showed me the top and middle prices for future work. Yesterday 8/12 I had an appt. with a window of 10-2pm - the tech that was supposed to come did not come - by 1:30pm I cancelled the appt. as I was not given a sign that the tech was delayed in his current job or delayed past 2pm. The most important thing to keep in mind when an appt. is delayed , is to keep customer informed by the tech via phone or text.

Precision was easier to deal with than most service providers. With about three clicks on a menu a person came on line and quickly confirmed the earliest appointment (next morning 10-2pm). Very competent serviceman arrived on time and performed a quick evaluation and cost of service quote. Repair was done fast and effectively, and he explained what he had done and what did not now have to be done. He explained how to align the photo beam which interrupts closing which has been troublesome. First time ever I received a text asking if there is any follow up question or issue. Bravo! As it happens there was a follow up problem and the office caused the serviceman to call me the next morning to deal with the problem. Double Bravo! My only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cost was higher than I can rationalize. But such good service deserved a premium price.

Over last weekend, 6/6/2026, our garage door would not stay closed. We called Precision and I was surprised and pleased that a service person came to our house on Sunday 6/7/2026. The gentleman was wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything was repaired in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

The company is very reliable. From first scheduling to completion the is great communication throughout. I knew when to expect my technician, a note before he arrived and a text as he arrived at my location. Awesome experience from a customer service view. Did everybody involved in the process go to Charm School? Again, awesome experience, but so is the bill compared to the last time I had to replace the spring and cables in 2000. Precision Garage Door Service is a very smooth operation. Made an appointment on-line. The appointment period was 4 hours, but I would receive notice 30 minutes before arrival, so I didn't have to hang around. Mike, the technician assessed the problem & gave me 3 options to choose from. Since my opener was 25 years old, I went with a total replacement. He had everything he needed in his van, so he did the replacement then & there.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. It needed a minor adjustment and the repairman all he did was show me the costs to replace the whole system which was several thousands of dollars I had to ask about just a standard service which was a few hundred dollars. If I didn’t ask I feel he would’ve tried to replace the whole motor which I don’t need I am a lawyer and this is tantamount to fraud or severe unethical business practices I will be contacting the state attorney generals office as well as leave reviews publicly so others can be aware of this potential scam by your company

Everybody was fantastic! They tell you exactly when they are coming and call ahead as well as send texts.
