Really expensive, which lowers my score. But they did come out on a Saturday and they did replace the garage door springs in about an hour. Being able to create an online appointment was helpful compared to other companies I left phone messages with and they did not return my calls.

My experience with garage door precision service was nothing but exceptional from beginning to end. After calling to schedule an appointment I received an email and a text confirming day and time, the following day I received another email telling me who the repair person would be CARLOS, all this was followed by a series of reminder, up to the day of the appointment where I got a text saying Carlos is on its way + a call from Carlos with an est. time of arrival. This is all Just prior to the work done which Carlos did brilliantly, courteous, professional and efficient. I have rarely dealt with such service oriented company, all my respect for the employee training program at this company. Thank you all for making this experience pleasant and fixing the problem.

I had a coupon from Angie's list to replace the rollers on one of our garage doors. I was very impressed with the initial contact I had with the service rep making the appointment. She was courteous and went out of her way to answer all my questions. The service tech, Travis, was very professional, efficient, and pleasant. He called me 30 minutes before he was to arrive and completely the job in a timely manner. I will replace 3 garage doors in the future and I already know who I will be contacting for the job. Angie's list gave a wonderful recommendation.

My Service Technician was Darren and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very satisfied with his work but somewhat taken aback by the $69.00 charge to come to my house plus an $85.00 hourly charge whether or not it took that much time to fix my problem. I gave you 5 stars because of Darren's work but may have to look further afield if I need more work done in the future.
