The entire experience was first rate. Due to a garage door malfunction at a friend’s house where we are staying we had to search for a repair. We found your company on Google. From the initial call to scheduling a technician to being kept informed of the status of our situation I was delighted and surprised as we had no history with you nor any referrals from other customers. The technician was on time, courteous, professional and solved the problem. He gave us several options for resolving the issues but never pressured us to choose one. Happy to recommend him and your company.

Kyle was awesome. Competent, efficient and courteous. He called in advance, arrived on time, inspected both garage doors, installed a new door opener and key pad, explained how the system worked, and programmed the remote and phone app. Very pleased.

Thank you Precision Garage Door for coming to the rescue on a weekend (Mother's Day, no less!) to replace a broken spring. The experience was superb (and I don't use that word lightly). From the initial call-in to the very end, the Precision personnel were efficient, responsive, and courteous at all times.Under my particular circumstances in which we had guests visiting that night, I received a same-day 4 hour afternoon window for the repairman -- and he arrived within an hour of my call after calling me to alert me when he could be expected. Very impressive teamwork. The repairman fixed the problem in 20 minutes, start to finish. All in all, it was an excellent experience and relieved a lot of anxiety for me and my wife given the gusts coming later that day.

I called to get a quote in my garage door repair. The technician Carlos showed up within the 3 hour time frame I was given and called ahead of time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful of all the repairs I needed. I also had to call the office after booking my appointment online because I realized the time I had chosen wouldn’t work. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and we were able to work out a better time for the day I had chosen. Great customer service!

Easy to arrange service call; email and phone call 20min before arriving; technician Carlos Ortiz was very knowledgeable regarding the issue and found an issue with fraying cable that I had not been aware of. Explained the process for making necessary correction; worked quickly and efficiently. Related in a very polite and friendly manner. If I have issues in the future will definitely ask for "Carlos"!

Service is excellent. The rep, Carlos, communicates clearly and coordinates and maintains contact well. However, I was given a window of 8am - noon and he didn't arrive until 11:50am -- and then did not have have the necessary equipment to complete the job. He has to return next week.

My garage door wouldn't close because someone had back into it and deformed it enough so that one of the rollers came out of its track. Maybe I did that, myself. I had three options: 1. try to put the roller back into its track and push the deformed panel back into place. 2. buy a replacement panel; and 3 buy a whole new door. I opted for number 1, which proved to be entirely successful. It was also the lowest cost option. The servicemen were excellent and did a great job. I give them 100%, A+.

Our car was trapped in our garage. Precision was able to get us a same day appointment. Sonny called me when he was 30 min away even before the time I was told he would contact me. He was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. Sonny gave me a couple options and replaced parts that were past their life expectancy to hopefully prevent other future issues. While the repair cost more than I expected, I know it was done very well and backed up with a solid guarantee. I definitely recommend Precision for others with garage door issues.

I just want to say what a great job Soner Erol and his assistant (I forget his name) did on my garage door repair today. They were here on time, courteous and professional, knew exactly what needed to get done and completed the repair quickly. These two workers should be commended for their knowledge of the garage door trade and their dedication to top-shelf customer service. Really good service workers are hard to come by, Soner and his assistant should be appropriately rewarded.

Excellent Company. The staff in the office is very professional and helpful in answering any questions. Mike Ganning who came to provide the estimate and helped to select the door for us did an excellent job. Showed many option and recommended to replace only the door not the motor as the motor is in good condition. Julian Zivan & team who came to do the installation were prompt and completed the project on time and cleaned up all debris after. Overall the performance of the company and the staff was excellent!!
