This week, Jeffrey Barrales came at 6PM on a Friday--I was informed that he would be running toward the end of my window--and when he arrived he was so pleasant and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Brilliant service. Very responsive and helpful. We couldn't open the garage door to get the car out. They came out the same day, within a few hours and had all the parts to complete the job including installing a new light which we hadn't requested on the original phone call. The technician, Jeffery Barrales, went above and beyond helping to set up the App, setting the garage door openers on 3 different cars and explaining all the work that had been done, even though it was late in the day. An excellent service carried out by an experienced and super nice/helpful person.

Set up an appointment in under 24 hours. The scheduling and notification tools are impressive down to being able to track where the technician is once on route. When Jeffrey Barrales got here the trolley on my garage doors was replaced in a little over an hour. Fantastic work and super friendly service from Jeffrey.

The experience was superb (and I don't use that word lightly). From the initial call-in to the very end, the Precision personnel were efficient, responsive, and courteous at all times.Under my particular circumstances in which we had guests visiting that night, I received a same-day 4 hour afternoon window for the repairman -- and he arrived within an hour of my call after calling me to alert me when he could be expected. Very impressive teamwork. The repairman fixed the problem in 20 minutes, start to finish. All in all, it was an excellent experience and relieved a lot of anxiety for me and my wife given the gusts coming later that day.

I called to get a quote in my garage door repair. The technician Carlos showed up within the 3 hour time frame I was given and called ahead of time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful of all the repairs I needed. I also had to call the office after booking my appointment online because I realized the time I had chosen wouldn’t work. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and we were able to work out a better time for the day I had chosen. Great customer service!
