I am very pleased by the visit and work completed by Aleksei Coss this morning on very short notice! We had returned from vacation yesterday to find that there had been a power surge or lightening strike on the power lines on our street causing chaos for many neighbors/home owners. In addition to having the transformer on our HVAC burned out, we found that we could not get into our garage. Aleksei arrived, checked circuit breakers, manually opened a garage door and found a garage circuit breaker which had tripped, probably as a result of the power surge. We are most pleased with his service, his explanations and his expertise. Thank you!

I chose Precison because I previously used them. They are a pleasure to work with, from the office staff to the technicians. I read about Precision Garage Door in my local Facebook Neighbors' Group. I'm so glad that I did. Josh was very professional, diagnosed our problem and installed a new opener for us in just a couple of hours. He told us our existing motor was burnt out and no longer in production. My husband fact-checked this and Josh was 100% correct (and trustworthy). Very happy with our result. Highly recommend.

I have used Precision several times now and they always send the most pleasant and polite service people. This week, Jeffrey Barrales came at 6PM on a Friday--I was informed that he would be running toward the end of my window--and when he arrived he was so pleasant and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Brilliant service. Very responsive and helpful. We couldn't open the garage door to get the car out. They came out the same day, within a few hours and had all the parts to complete the job including installing a new light which we hadn't requested on the original phone call. The technician, Jeffery Barrales, went above and beyond helping to set up the App, setting the garage door openers on 3 different cars and explaining all the work that had been done, even though it was late in the day. An excellent service carried out by an experienced and super nice/helpful person.

Set up an appointment in under 24 hours. The scheduling and notification tools are impressive down to being able to track where the technician is once on route. When Jeffrey Barrales got here the trolley on my garage doors was replaced in a little over an hour. Fantastic work and super friendly service from Jeffrey.

The entire experience was first rate. Due to a garage door malfunction at a friend’s house where we are staying we had to search for a repair. We found your company on Google. From the initial call to scheduling a technician to being kept informed of the status of our situation I was delighted and surprised as we had no history with you nor any referrals from other customers.
