Julian, my technician, was very professional, polite and thorough. He called me from his previous job to let me know I was next and give me a timing estimate. I randomly searched for garage door repair and found Precision by chance. It was the best move I made. I called late afternoon on Tuesday and was able to get an early morning appointment the next day! Brian J X Birchler was the techician who came to the job. He arrived on time and was professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable in his field and kept the work area clean & neat. Needless to say he repaired my garage door opener and it appears as if I have a new door opener. Brian & Precision definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

Leo was the gentleman who performed the service on our garage door. He replaced rollers, springs and cables on our broken door. He not only did an excellent job, he took the time to explain all of his work. He did give me options also. I would highly recommend Leo and Precision Door Service.

I called Precision on a Saturday morning, was able to speak to an actual human being and set up an appointent for Monday morning. I received a very detailed email from precision which included my technician's name, photo and (you are not going to believe this) the date of his last drug test - yes I said drug test! I was told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival (AND HE DID!). When tech (Brian Bi) arrived, he surveyed the issue, and gave me a very detailed review of the repairs needed. Brian also went over warranty info included with the repair (never occured to me that it would even have a warranty!). A testament to how nice Brian Bi is - our yellow lab normally goes bonkers barking at strangers when they enter our yard. Good old Calvin greeted Brian as if he was a family member - enough said! I should add that I called another garage door repair service on Friday evening, left a voicemail and did not hear back from them until Monday morning. I was more than happy to let them know that not only had I found another company to repair my door, but they were already at my home doing the repair. I could not have been more happy with the service I received from Precision.
