Doug, we are very pleased with the prompt response from Precision. Your technician was able to determine the problem in short time and suggested contacting Chamberlain directly to let them know about the failure of the logic board since the unit was manufactured in March of 2021. After reviewing all information requested by the Chamberlain tech, she confirmed the problem and approved the free replacement of the logic board which will take about a week. Thank you again for your quick and generous response.

Honestly I just wanted it fixed and they were available quickly. I liked that they use the right spring for the door. So as far as price I don’t know if it was good.
