Carlos was excellent to work with. He did a through inspection, explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made his profession recommendation. He was extremely professional and personable. I felt comfortable having him in my home. Precision sent emails and texts reminding me of appointments and sending a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home. Very nice touch!

I had an emergency regarding my garage door later Friday afternoon . I called the company I had used in the past and they couldn’t come until Monday. Precision garage doors came out Saturday morning. I have to say I’m very pleased with the work Leo did! My 3 year old garage wouldn’t go up after the bolts came out of the wall. I wasn’t happy about this, especially with my home being a new build. My neighbor gave me a couple mail flyers she had and Precision was one of them. I didn’t know what to expect or how much it would cost, so I called and asked for a quote. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day. He was very professional by showing up when he said he would and by letting me know what he was going to do. After the repair he showed me what he did to remedy the problem and that made me happy. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you!

Brian was the Installer who came to my home, Was having issue with the signal range for the garage. You had to be right on top to get the door to respond to opening/closing from the car or keypad. Brian was able to resolve the issue quickly as well greased and adjust the belts on the door. This was done without me asking. He just noticed that it needed the adjustment. One of the best service calls that I ever had. They are my preferred vendor of choice for garage assistance. Brian was great!!

Brian phoned me before he arrived. He asked appropriate questions and spotted one problem immediately and stopped the movement of the garage door to assess further. A cable was so worn it looked like dental floss! He explained to me his goals to fix the door. He was courteous and detailed. I would highly recommend him. 5 star rating. He replaced rollers and cables. Checked for safety.

Francisco did a great job inspecting the door and explaining the options to repair a broken cable on my old garage door. He not only did a quick and good repair, he lubricated the rollers, making door better than before the cable broke. He was fast too, and neat. I felt the charge for the work was reasonable.

A year ago I contacted Precision based on the excellent reviews it received. Your technician Travis did an excellent repair job. Recently I had an issue different than a year ago. I was given same day service, and Travis once again fixed the problem. I was having issues with my garage door opener, and I, like most folks, started to search on-line to find a repair person. My first two choices kept “bankers hours” and could not help me after work or on the weekend. Next, I called Percussion Door; they promptly scheduled a Saturday appointment for me to perform the door repair. The service technician that came to perform the repair, was extremely contentious, and gave me several repair options for my problem door. We agreed upon a repair and my problem was fixed. I was very happy with my outcome, and will call Percussion Door in the future if the need arises.

We needed an emergency repair on our garage door. The office staff was very polite and efficient and promised to get a technician to us by the end of the day. Despite very bad weather, Travis arrived as scheduled. He was very thorough and very professional.
