Yesterday was our second experience with Precision, and once again we couldn't be happier with the service. We were able to make an appointment the very day we needed it, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within forty minutes. Our technician David Goldstein was professional in every way. He listened carefully to my explanation of the issue, explained exactly what his process would be to address it, and then instructed me on how I might get the most out of our garage door system. He tuned up the parts and explained what he did to get the door back in working order. He did not try to sell us new equipment, but rather pointed out a few parts that may need replacemtn in the future. David is an intelligent, efficient, and personable professional, and I hope he is the technician who comes the next time we need assistance.

Not what I consider a service call (no attempt to repair) Was told only that the garage door opener was old, and that he could install a new one for $1,000 (!) I said that was too much, and he said that although you offer less expensive ones, he only had that one on the truck. He said he would send an email with his recommendation, but the follow-up email I received was a 'no reply' email indicating "Please find your form from Precision Door Service attached below:" but there was no form! What was attached was a 2 page 'COVID-19 Home Experience Safety Checklist' Needless to say, I will NOT be using Precision!

I highly recommend this company. I called on a Thursday to have my garage door repair. They came to the house on Saturday to repair the door. Two things stand out; 1) the customer service is outstanding (they confirmed the appointment via text several times, and showed up on time) 2) the door was repaired with high quality products and works perfectly. Very impressed with this company. Well run, and the person that fixed the door was very professional.

Initially I thought we needed a new garage door opener. When Leo arrived to do some maintenance on the doors he explained that the root cause was actually weak springs. Leo replaced the springs, fixed our existing safety eyes and the door (and opener) now works perfectly well. Leo knows his stuff and he took the time to explain the system to me. He is a real gentleman.
