Francisco called and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled afternoon appointment, which was appreciated. Upon listening to my concerns and checking the condition of the garage door components, made recommendations as to the options available. He answered all of my questions and didn't push the most expensive options as being the most necessary. Finished all the work in just over an hour and then walked me through all of the workings of the new opener and remotes. I would highly recommend Precision and Francisco!

5 star, no doubt. My technician, Brian, was professional and answered all my questions. He told me beforehand what was wrong and then fined it. I've been a homeowner for over 40 years and Brian was the best repairman for any household issue I've ever dealt with. The price was fair and the service was super!!!

Excellent service at a fair price. Brian called me to give me a heads up he was coming, and even asked if I wanted a coffee because he was stopping for one on the way! Once he arrived and inspected the door, he gave me several options, one "short term" to get it working, and one more long term, to increase the life of all of it. No pressure on either option, he just laid them both out and let me chose. Work was done quickly and explained once he was done. I highly recommend Brian and the whole Precision team.

Your installers installed 2 new garage doors for me today. They were both professional in their manner and work. While one of the installers was obviously new to the job he displayed talent and willingness to learn. I had the opportunity to spend the day with the crew during the installation.The senior installer was very professional in his work and in his willingness to mentor the junior member of the team. The doors were installed, tested and the job site was perfectly cleaned up removing the old doors. Thanks for the good job!!

Travis was great- He called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He came up with a creative solution to repair my existing door to avoid purchasing a new door and discovered a problem with the other door that was soon going to fail. Very satisfied.

The keypad to open my garage door wasn't working anymore. I did an internet search and this company caught my eye because of the standard rapid response time they advertised. Darren was the technician dispatched to do the job and he was an excellent representative of your company. Very personable, informative and efficient. I had my garage door repaired a week ago by Precision, and it needed a minor adjustment. I called, and the technician came out the next morning and fixed the problem. He was prompt (actually early!), courteous and efficient. Precision honored their warranty, and I was not charged anything for this follow up visit.

I am glad Justin called me before he showed up to let me know he was close. When he arrived, I explained to him what I did to repair the internals of the garage door opener and that I wanted him to set and calibrate the chain. He quoted me the price and fixed it.
