I am glad Justin called me before he showed up to let me know he was close. When he arrived, I explained to him what I did to repair the internals of the garage door opener and that I wanted him to set and calibrate the chain. He quoted me the price and fixed it. He was very professional, I would highly recommend him and I would definitely call Precision Door again. Thank you Justin!!

My technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Justin arrived & was very friendly & knowledgeable. He immediately knew what was wrong with my garage door, and did not try to up-sell me in any way. I had no idea my garage doors could operate so smooth and quietly!! I am thoroughly impressed with Precision Doors, and will use them for any service on my garage doors and openers in the future. I wish I had called them years ago!! I really liked that the company sent profiles of their employees beforehand, as well!! Thanks so much for a terrific job!!!

Very pleased with the service and the technician. We chose the company because of the information in their phone book ad (BBB, background checked employees, etc)and were not disappointed. Travis did an excellent job of repairing our door, and was professional and courteous.

No specific reason for choosing Precision. They did respond quickly and were polite on the phone. Darren was excellent, knowledgable and helpful. I would probably use Precision again, even though I felt the cost was high for the amount of work done and the parts.
