I had a garage door opener along with a keypad installed in 2016. I have never had an issue with it. Just lately my keypad was not working and after changing the battery and it still not working, I decided to give Precision a call. They could not have been more accommodating and timely. Aleksei came out on time and was able to give a quick fix to my keypad. He was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong. I was impressed with their service in 2016 and I will continue to be a customer as well as refer friends and family to Precision. Thank you for your excellent service!

Aleksei was prompt and professional. The Murphy's law issue was so frustrating that we were prepared to replace the whole system but he diagnosed the problem immediately and adjusted the sensor and chain. He made sure that it worked properly and consistently before he left. No charge for this service!

When my garage door wouldn’t open due to a snapped cable I contacted Precision. Within 2 hours Carlos arrived and identified my issue. He gave me a number of options and answered all my questions concerning the repairs without pressure to select one over the other. We agreed on the work and my garage was back operating shortly after. I am glad I called Precision and got Carlos and would not hesitate to do so again.

Since the owner was too lazy to put his email into his thank you letter, I do not think he was interested in my opinion. The workers were very nice BUT they left a mess in my garage when a broom was right in front of them and at least 6 nails on the garage floor where I could have run over them and gotten a flat tire. It was unfortunate that my garage door broke on a Sunday. From the first phone contact to the end service repair, my experience with Precision Garage Door was wonderful. I was instructed that the repair would take place within a specific 4-hour window of time and that the truck was fully stocked with materials to ensure the repair could be completed on the same day; and sure enough it was! The communication throughout was excellent. I received emails and texts with updates on when and who would arrive at my home to fix my garage door. Great experience. I was very pleased with Precision Overhead garage door service in every way. I was able to book online for an appointment the next day, at a time I chose. Well, lost the first one… Worked with Julian and Esdras Both: knew their work, explained everything clearly, were both professional, were both efficient, answered any questions I had (and I tend to ask a lot of questions so I can learn). Would definitely recommend both as the dynamic duo or each separately. Precision is lucky and fortunate to have them in its employ. NOTE: ‘new products purchased’ needs another choice: purchased new garage door system. This is our situation and there was no situation.
