I was able book the appointment same day. The technician Brendan Harasek was on time. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He finished the job in a timely manner. He did explain everything so I could understand. He left the garage clean after. I will fully recommend the co.

Awesome experience from a customer service view. Did everybody involved in the process go to Charm School? Again, awesome experience, but so is the bill compared to the last time I had to replace the spring and cables in 2000. Kidding aside, it was a reassuring experience to watch a technician like Josh Giron exercise his skill and go through the motions with precision and confidence. Precision Garage Door Service is a very smooth operation. Made an appointment on-line. The appointment period was 4 hours, but I would receive notice 30 minutes before arrival, so I didn't have to hang around. Mike, the technician assessed the problem & gave me 3 options to choose from. Since my opener was 25 years old, I went with a total replacement. He had everything he needed in his van, so he did the replacement then & there.

As for the first visit a week ago, Gafur's weatherstripping work was outstanding. He came in early, took the time necessary to do a perfectionist's job, and this with a friendly smile at all times.
