They installed my garage door years ago. Anytime there was a problem. They always came out quickly and always resolved the problem. This morning the garage door wouldn’t open when the pad was pushed. Precision (Gafur specifically) was excellent. He let me know when he would arrive and updated me on his progress. When he arrived he was very personable and professional. My original call was to repair a broken spring that prevented my garage door from opening, but after his careful and thorough inspection, it was determined that much more was required. In the end I had much of the entire system replaced including the motor and several parts that needed to be updated and replaced. Gafur was fast and efficient and the work was completed quickly. He also helped me set up the system to include guiding me through setting up WiFi access to the garage and creating new passwords for the unit. He was a pleasure. Thank you Pecision for you quick response to my request for help and for sending Gafur. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone needing any garage-related work done professionally and expeditiously.

I called Precision Door on Monday 11/9 and was given an appointment for the following morning. I was updated by text about my appointment and who would be coming to my house. Today, Tuesday 11/10 Mike Manning and another Mike came to my house at the time scheduled. They were both extremely kind and very professional & knowledgeable. I was told what was wrong and given an estimate for the work needed. I found the price to be very reasonable and told them to go ahead and do the job. In February 2018 I had a complete new door, opener and hardware instillation which I was very happy with. All the folks I dealt with were friendly, polite and courteous. However, I have had 2 episodes, one in March and one in early May, of a roller coming off track making it so the door couldn’t close. Prompt repairs were done both times but I couldn’t get a good explanation as to why it happened.
