Great service - other service providers charge an upfront fee before any service is provided and some do not waive this when then providing the service. Precision waives the fee if $100+ repairs required. In this case only minor adjustments and application of lubricant required - did so at no charge! On my list of service providers to go to

Garage door was doing a whole lot of shake, rattle and rolling. Called on Thursday, came on Saturday and fixed in 45 minutes. Replaced worn out rollers and pulleys.

The technician, Leo, was very knowledgeable and got the door to operate normally. If it works like this for a while I'll be very happy. If not I will contact you again. He replaced the rollers and some circuit boards inside the motor housing. He also showed me how to connect my external remotes.

Leonardo was our technician today. He has been to our house on other occasions to service our garage doors and I was glad to see a familiar face! He was polite, knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was and corrected it. He also tested all our doors and pointed out a weakness in one of our cables! He contacted me by phone to give me an ETA and made a follow up call when his prior job ran a little long. Service was EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
