Yes I had a great experience with Joshua and Precision.Showed up earlier than scheduled. He explained all of my options and walked me through what the issue was with my door and motor. I decided to have him go ahead and install the new motor option. I'm so happy I did. The price was a bit on the high side of the budget that I had in mind, but the end result was worth it. Joshua was meticulous and installed all of the components with attention to detail. I appreciated that. To also know that I can have Precision as my go to vendor was a nice perk. All in all I would recommend Joshua and Precision!

Great service - other service providers charge an upfront fee before any service is provided and some do not waive this when then providing the service. Precision waives the fee if $100+ repairs required. In this case only minor adjustments and application of lubricant required - did so at no charge! On my list of service providers to go to
