I am very satisfied with the work and quality of the service to replace my garage door. Travis gave very clear information about the alternatives available and was fast and accurate. The installation by Zsolt was very efficient, clean and worked very well.Travis came back to finalize everything and programmed my Prius to open the door remotely.

Within 3 hours of calling the Precision technician arrived. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained my options, their costs, and provided a point of view of the best solution to fit my needs. New openers were installed on the same visit, as Travis came prepared with a well stocked work truck. After the installation was complete I was walked through everything I needed to know and Travis even programmed the garage door buttons in our cars. He left the work site clean and was one of the most respectable and professional technicians that has ever worked on my home.

I originally chose Precision Door because you stated that you took special care to background screen/drug screen your employees. That is so important when someone is coming into your home. I was also interested in your very quick turnaroud - both of my calls to Precision were attended to within 24-48 hours and at my convenience. Both of the service techs that came out were very professional and handled all of my questions fully. I am so pleased with the service thus far and will direct all of my future needs to Precision. (You do need to add your Fairfield County town/cities to your pull down menu - Westport!)
