Within a half hour of my email to Precision regarding issues opening and closing the garage door and my signing up for a service call, I recieved a text from Rob the service manager asking for more specifics to expedite fixing the problem. Communication was excellent - confirming the appointment date/time by emails and texts, and advising me the day of the appointment that the technician Carlos would be doing the work. Carlos texted and left a VM of his ETA and arrived punctually. He concisely explained what was needed, provided options, and immediately went to work. He did a fabulous job and the door now opens and closes like new! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future garage door issues.

Jeff did a terrific job replacing the sensors on our (very old!) garage door openers. He tweaked the settings and also lubricated the rails and both doors work perfectly now. Spring broke on our 60 yr old garage door and trapped our cars inside. I called for service and was accommodated same day. Soner arrived and got garage door opened and I removed our cars. Not surprised the cost to repair the old door mechanics was costly and ordered a new door on the spot. Soner was very helpful, professional, and complied with CDC virus guidelines!

Precision "tuned up" our three doors in May. In August, a near 20 year-old opener failed and Carlos came to examine and diagnose. We decided to install a new lift and the service was totally excellent. We watched the mechanic do everything and his performance and communications were friendly professional, capable and complete. He certainly represented his company very well and the opener sings along as it works.

The two technicians were outstanding. We asked for an examination of three doors and advice as to what maintenance might be needed or desirable. That was done by Brian (with Jacob's excellent asistance). The work was done in speedy and professional form and Precision may well be proud of these two employees. The total invoice was just under $800.00 as estimated. What we do not like is that labor and materials are not split apart on the invoice. Thus cables @ $99.00 looks high and a spring does not cost over $200.00. Invoices should show labor and materials so the customer gets the idea of the degree of difficulty or special skills training that are needed or used. A satisfied customer, but disagree with the way charges are presented.

Service provided was excellent. Repairman knew the problem and was able to rectify and correct the difficulty that I was having opening the door. He installed a new motor, the old one was 24 years old. He worked quickly and the same day. He had all the supplies needed with him. He also replaced the original spring, which has rusted and was losing it's tensile strength. The service man was knowledgeable and neat. I appreciated being informed of his expected arrival as he proceeded through his work schedule for the day of my appointment.
