I would definitely recommend Precision Door. Leo could not have been more professional, friendly and knowledgeable about garage door openers. He was on time and explained the 3 different options of garage door openers I had a choice of. He worked quickly and neatly.

First Class all the way! Setting up an appointment was easy and very professional. My technician was Travis and I can't say enough about how pleased I was with him. He communicated his arrival time and was there when he said he would be. Travis explained my options clearly and completely and I was sold. My opener was installed in short order and I was totally impressed with how neatly the work was done and with the quality of the opener. Travis took plenty of time to explain the features and operation of my new opener. The quality of the product and of the expertise and professionalism demonstrated by Travis are truly First Class. I could not be happier with my dealings with Precision Door Service!

Leo came out today and was great! He called ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving and was right on time. He quickly assessed the problem and corrected it. He showed me what he did and why the door was making a noise when it opened and closed. Great service as always. This is why I chose Precision Door for my garage door replacement. Justin was very helpful; answered all of my questions and got the job done. No heavy sales pitch to replace parts that didn't need fixing and was in and out as quickly as possible having fixed the issue with my garage door opener. Promptly on time. Feeling very good that I am a Precision customer! I had a new garage door opener installed in April, 2014. I have been thrilled with it ever since. Approximately 2 weeks ago, the remote stopped working. I followed all the instructions available about how to reset it but had no luck. I finally called Precision and they were able to send a technician the next day. Needless to say, Darren was able to fix the problem. I have never been disappointed with Precision!!

Well, DON'T I FEEL STUPID !! I am embarrassed to have to admit that the latest problem was my own fault--the door lock was ON !! MY APOLOGIES...for jumping the gun & assuming the worst. Justin came out here & showed me my mistake. Feel like the biggest fool EVER. Sorry also to Brian--thanks for your kindness & patience. To top it off--they gave me a free battery back-up!!!! Thanks for going above & beyond when the mistake was all mine. Just goes to show--it never pays to react in anger.:-(

Service Tech, Leo, was very professional and efficient when we had problems with our new unit. This was not so much of a repair as an adjustment. I had a new opener installed earlier in the week and this morning it would not operate properly. Did not want to mess anything up, so called Precision to have someone come to check it out. Apparently the sensors were a bit out of line and prohibiting the door from operating. Travis was very nice and was able to correct the problem right away. Once again, nothing but a great experience with Precision!! Thank you!

This is the second time I've called Precision and it's the second time I have been totally satisfied. I had some work done last year and did not hesitate to call on them again. Travis (the technician) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did not try to "upsell" but was able to provide a clear explanation of what I needed and how much it would cost. In addition, he was able to provide the parts and install them all within 1-1/2 hours on the day that I called. This kind of service is rare to find and I would absolutely recommend Precision for anyone who needs to have garage doors serviced. Thank you, Precision!

Travis and Todd came to our house this morning - right on time! to estimate for new garage doors. There were many obstacles to overcome as our garage was built in the 1930's and is not typical and could not accommodate standard doors without adjustments. They were very professional, patient and knowledgeable. It was so nice to work with them and we are looking forward to our new garage doors being installed.

Travis installed our new garage door. We had a problem with the wiring in our garage and he had to come back because the remotes stopped working. He found the problem quickly and fixed the problem, He made sure all remotes were working and that I was completely satisfied.
