I found Precision on the Internet. Everyone's comments were so positive, that I thought I would give it a try. I cannot tell you enough how satisfied I am with their service! I called about a repair and to get an estimate on two new garage doors. Darren was the service person who came and he assessed the situation very quickly. Instead of trying to up sell me, he gave me an honest assessment and went about doing only work that was necessary. Needless to say, I did not need new garage doors and he was honest enough to let me know that. I will absolutely recommend Precision and use them in the future!

Darren was very nice and installed a new motor, sensors and main switch in under an hour. More than I expected to spend, however the unit is over 20 years old. Overall I was very satisfied. Same day service!

Travis called 15 minutes before arriving. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant. He cleaned the rails and replaced the rollers ver quickly. At my request, he looked at the opener mechanism. It is beginning to show signs of wear but may last one year, he advised. My door and opener were installed in 1987. Travis is a knowledgable technician. Excellent service.

The entire experience, from the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to the service call, through the follow up was excellent. Travis was great. He explained the problem, outlined the various options for fixing it, and installed our new door opener in record time. He was professional and courteous. He's a fantastic asset to your company. We were informed that our door openings were not properly constructed by other contractors, & didn't want to do the job to install new doors. Mr. Glenn Gualtieri, your Area Mgr., who was very informative & explained everything to us in terms we understood, said that Precision would fit the openings to properly install the new doors (our old doors were not fit properly). Glenn was extremely knowledgeable, polite & pleasant. The technicians who installed the doors were excellent workers and did a great job. We are so very pleased with the work done, the beauty of the doors which adds to our home, the quietness of the doors opening/closing and also for the insulation which is keeping our garage & rooms above the garage much warmer!!!
