A year ago I contacted Precision based on the excellent reviews it received. Your technician Travis did an excellent repair job. Recently I had an issue different than a year ago. I was given same day service, and Travis once again fixed the problem. Precision Door has professionals at all levels form the staff who answer the phone and schedule the appointment to the technicians who are on time, polite, and knowledgeable.

I was having issues with my garage door opener, and I, like most folks, started to search on-line to find a repair person. My first two choices kept “bankers hours” and could not help me after work or on the weekend. Next, I called Percussion Door; they promptly scheduled a Saturday appointment for me to perform the door repair. The service technician that came to perform the repair, was extremely contentious, and gave me several repair options for my problem door. We agreed upon a repair and my problem was fixed. I was very happy with my outcome, and will call Percussion Door in the future if the need arises.

We needed an emergency repair on our garage door. The office staff was very polite and efficient and promised to get a technician to us by the end of the day. Despite very bad weather, Travis arrived as scheduled. He was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything clearly, answered all questions, and did not leave until he was certain that not only the repair was done to full satisfaction, but that the entire system was working well. We were very pleased with the experience and will definitely recommend this company.

Both employees checked and provided info on the garage door spring failure so I was able to make a selection of the best fit option for us of three offered. This was a very good experience and I would recommend the company.

I was able to make a same-day appointment very easily and technician showed up and finished the repair quickly. I wouldn't say the pricing was a bargain, but dealing with household repair issues with little hassle is definitely worth paying for.

Our technician, Leo, was very knowledgable and professional. I called as our opener was not functioning properly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He fixed it by adjusting the door opener but explained that the real problem was the wear and age of the rollers. While he had the door functioning again, he did suggest changing the rollers either now or in the future. He explained our two options - pay for just the service call as the adjustment to the opener required no materials or replace the rollers as well. We opted to change the rollers. He estimated the work to take about 1/2 hour and he was finished as he predicted. Overall, we were very happy with Leo's service.
