Within 3 hours of calling the Precision technician arrived. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained my options, their costs, and provided a point of view of the best solution to fit my needs. New openers were installed on the same visit, as Travis came prepared with a well stocked work truck. After the installation was complete I was walked through everything I needed to know and Travis even programmed the garage door buttons in our cars. He left the work site clean and was one of the most respectable and professional technicians that has ever worked on my home.

You installed my Liftmaster 2 years ago and I thought it was a job well done. I believe Travis did that installation. This time I required a service call to repair the wall button. Fantastic. Said they would be here between 8-12. I got a call about 8:15 and Justin said he'd be here in 10-15 minutes. He was. He analyzed the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes or so. But here is the real news. He figured out that the reason the door was sticking was because I had painted the wall beside the track, not the track itself, and that was preventing the track from flexing enough to allow the door to close smoothly. I think that was fantastic, real service and knowledge! Way to go Justin.
