Leonardo Rosado is amazing. Our garage door broke down and he saved the day. Carlos was excellent to work with. He did a through inspection, explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made his profession recommendation. He was extremely professional and personable. I felt comfortable having him in my home. Precision sent emails and texts reminding me of appointments and sending a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home. Very nice touch!

Leonardo was our technician today. He has been to our house on other occasions to service our garage doors and I was glad to see a familiar face! He was polite, knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was and corrected it. He also tested all our doors and pointed out a weakness in one of our cables! He contacted me by phone to give me an ETA and made a follow up call when his prior job ran a little long. Service was EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. Leonardo is WONDERFUL.

We were pleasantly surprised that when we called in the late afternoon, we were able to arrange a service visit for the next morning. We received two calls to update us about the arrival time. The technician, Carlos, was very thorough with his assessment of the problems with our garage door and very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely call Precision again, if we have need.

I had an emergency regarding my garage door later Friday afternoon . I called the company I had used in the past and they couldn’t come until Monday. Precision garage doors came out Saturday morning. Carlos arrived and was great. Took pictures and let me know what was going on. I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and ability to work till the job got done!

My garage door would not open during a snow storm on a weekend. Precision was the only company to answer the phone. I read good things online about them so went with them. Carlos was my technician. He called twice to update me on his arrival time. He was very polite and friendly. He explained what was wrong and went over all my options. He performed the work quickly. Leo came by for a short while to help and was very friendly as well. The experience was as good as it could possibly be and I would not hesitate to use Precision again or recommend them to anyone.

I called Precision yesterday afternoon and they sent their technician, Leo, first thing this morning. Leo was courteous, wore an industrial mask and Lysoled every surface he touched. Most importantly, he fixed my garage door in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company.
