I highly recommend this company. I called on a Thursday to have my garage door repair. They came to the house on Saturday to repair the door. Two things stand out; 1) the customer service is outstanding (they confirmed the appointment via text several times, and showed up on time) 2) the door was repaired with high quality products and works perfectly. Very impressed with this company. Well run, and the person that fixed the door was very professional.

Very quick and professional service. I called on a Saturday morning of a 3,day weekend with snow in the forecast. Tom responded to the call in less than an hour and had the snapped cable and partially tilted door repaired shortly afterward. An estimate was provided first and the repair went just as expected. The snow just started and all my cars are now in a warm garage. Other companies couldn’t come until Tuesday, I will always remember Precision and use them for all future service.

Dear Doug, The young man who came to my aid yesterday was most helpful despite the fact that I was unable to give him a car key that he needed to remove a car obstructing an area that he needed to access for proper appraisal of a door problem. He did establish that my opener was working properly which was wonderful and did point out the many possible breakdown areas of both my forty-eight year old garage doors. of the door problem.

Brian and his assistant , Matt, arrived on time after staying in touch with two phone calls to me. Brian was very professional (and tall) and explained everything that he was doing in order for me to feel comfortable with the work that was being done. My garage door system is over 30 years old and a new spring that Brian suggested would not work in the system, so Brian reinstalled the old spring and installed a new bracket which seemed to solve the problem. The cost was reasonable and I appreciated Brian and Matt's comments and suggestions to quickly fix the problem.
