Leo did a great job on replacing the spring and reviewed the whole system. Very professional. Suggested replacement of the rollers given the condition and age but no heavy selling. Generally commented favorably on a 30 year old system. Got immediate response and service on a Saturday. Will definitely call again if needed. 5stars.

We had and I use the word "Had" a buckle in our garage door. We received in a mailer a coupon for Precision Door and made the call. They were out the next day, professional, friendly, skilled and HONEST!!!!! He fixed the buckle, gave me his opinion for the future of the door which was the same conclusion we had come too. Initially I thought we needed a new garage door opener. When Leo arrived to do some maintenance on the doors he explained that the root cause was actually weak springs. Leo replaced the springs, fixed our existing safety eyes and the door (and opener) now works perfectly well. Leo knows his stuff and he took the time to explain the system to me. He is a real gentleman.

I chose Precision to repair two garage doors after researching several companies on the internet. My decision was heavily weighted on customer reviews. The customer service representative was able to accommodate my schedule and followed up with a confirmation email. My technician, Leo R, called 1 hour prior to my scheduled appointment to confirm that he would be here as scheduled. Leo was very professional and efficient. After completing a safety inspection he gave me several options and recommendations for the required repairs. One door required a new door opener and the other required a door re-build kit. Leo said the work would take approximately 2 hours to complete. He had all the parts required for the job in his truck, and completed the job (including clean-up) within the estimated time frame. Both doors operate smoothly and are much quieter. I would definitely call Precision for future work, and I highly recommend this company.
