I was not at the house during the repair, but my mother's caretaker reports that the Darren O. was on time and he worked efficiently. Tech was on time. Called in to have a seal replaced. Tech found additional things wrong with door. Fixed and replaced all that my garage door needed. Reasonably priced. Very happy and will use this company again and I highly recommend. A very professional company.

I had a concern with the height/position of my safety sensors. Darren came back out(after having installed the new opener a few days before) and explained why it was placed where it is. Also, he changed the force pressure and assured me the sensor was ok. I truly appreciated him coming back out to address my concern.
