I had a concern with the height/position of my safety sensors. Darren came back out(after having installed the new opener a few days before) and explained why it was placed where it is. Also, he changed the force pressure and assured me the sensor was ok. I truly appreciated him coming back out to address my concern.

I liked about your openness on your same day service, back ground checks on your employees, commitment on the service.
