Good Afternoon, I needed assistance in determining the condition of my garage door and all the noise and jams occurring. I decided to go to the Stamford Yellow Pages and found your advertisement. The first thing that caught my eye was your location. You listed a Stamford location. I kept looking at your ad and noticed other features for appointments. I called and the appt. was made so fast, the next morning. That seemed amazing to me. Travis called to notify me he was on the way. Right on time. We discussed the problem and decided it was about time the garage door be replaced. He took specs of the existing garage door. I looked through the book and found our original garage door was shown. This time in steel instead of wood. We picked an insulation and the style windows and color (white). He quoted me a price. I accepted. He called in the order. Hopefully I will receive the new garage door in 2-3 wks. Travis knows his stuff. He was polite, helpful, and very attentive to my needs. He assisted me with what I was looking for.

This was my first experience with Precision Garage doors, as a general contractor dealing with many different subcontractors precision garage Doors was a pleasure. They were very professional, installation was done on the date they said and replaced panels that were dented from shipping without being asked. I would recommend and use them again.

Travis did a great job installing a new garage door opener last month when my old one broke without warning. He was careful and thorough, and he explained everything, helping me to decide which model and features to select. I am very pleased with the result. He also fixed the garage door in the other bay, which was not working properly.

We found Precision I'm the local phone book this morning. We were told the service man would be here between 1-5 today. He arrived at 4:45. Travis looked at the garage door and diagnosed what the problem was. Travis made suggestions which we agreed to and did the repairs. He finished the repair quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. He as truly an asset to your company. On a scale from 1-5 I give Precision Door and Travis 5 stars. Travis was at our house today fixing one door where a cable broke, then giving both doors a tune-up. He phoned first when 15 minutes away, then phoned again once outside our door. He took a look, explained the problem in detail, it was a less complicated problem than I thought which was a relief. Travis worked efficiently and before he left the doors were not only tuned but spotless on the inside.

Justin was 30 minutes early, called 15 minutes before he arrived, was professional, personable and efficient. He evaluated the door promptly and was clear about pricing. He also assessed and inspected the system and left it in excellent working order. It performed better than when originally installed! As a pilot,drug testing should be universal, particularly for those at the controls.

Justin arrived during the time frame scheduled. He called before he arrived. I really appreciated the fact that Precision had sent the technicianâ??s name and photo, so I was sure that I was dealing with your representative. Justin quickly identified the problem and installed a new circuit board but found the new board did not work correctly. He made arrangements to return the next day with a new circuit board. In fact, he returned later that night â?? after 6:30 P.M. â?? with the new circuit board explaining that the schedule for the following day was full and he didnâ??t want me to have to wait any longer for the repair. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to our needs.

Travis arrived on time and was truly excellent. Extremely professional in his approach - he gave me solid recommendation about what needed to be done that saved me money. He repaired two broken door openers in less than 90 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the service quality, the products he recommended that were installed and his professionalism.
