I called to get a quote in my garage door repair. The technician Carlos showed up within the 3 hour time frame I was given and called ahead of time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful of all the repairs I needed. I also had to call the office after booking my appointment online because I realized the time I had chosen wouldn’t work. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and we were able to work out a better time for the day I had chosen. Great customer service!

Since the owner was too lazy to put his email into his thank you letter, I do not think he was interested in my opinion. The workers were very nice BUT they left a mess in my garage when a broom was right in front of them and at least 6 nails on the garage floor where I could have run over them and gotten a flat tire. It was unfortunate that my garage door broke on a Sunday. From the first phone contact to the end service repair, my experience with Precision Garage Door was wonderful. I was instructed that the repair would take place within a specific 4-hour window of time and that the truck was fully stocked with materials to ensure the repair could be completed on the same day; and sure enough it was! The communication throughout was excellent. I received emails and texts with updates on when and who would arrive at my home to fix my garage door. Great experience. Easy to arrange service call; email and phone call 20min before arriving; technician Carlos Ortiz was very knowledgeable regarding the issue and found an issue with fraying cable that I had not been aware of. Service is excellent. The rep, Carlos, communicates clearly and coordinates and maintains contact well. However, I was given a window of 8am - noon and he didn't arrive until 11:50am -- and then did not have have the necessary equipment to complete the job. He has to return next week.

My garage door wouldn't close because someone had back into it and deformed it enough so that one of the rollers came out of its track. Maybe I did that, myself. I had three options: 1. try to put the roller back into its track and push the deformed panel back into place. 2. buy a replacement panel; and 3 buy a whole new door. I opted for number 1, which proved to be entirely successful. It was also the lowest cost option. The servicemen were excellent and did a great job. I give them 100%, A+.
