When I called to make an appointment, the woman was so nice and actually followed up with phone calls letting me know the technician was running late on a job but was still coming. Was able to arrange same day service. Carlos arrived early in the window and explained the problem (excessive use) and the solution which amounted to the replacement of worn major parts ie spring, cable, bearings etc. and restored functionality. Thoroughly impressed. Would highly recommend if given the opportunity.

Sonny was very knowledgeable easy to deal with. He talked me through the options to repair or replace my garage door opener and I chose to purchase a new opener. Sonny and Joey were very efficient and were able to complete the installation in an hour.

Some little character got into our garage and decided to dine on the wiring for our door remote! I went online saw the good reviews for Precision Door Service, called and Leo the technician was here the following day! He addressed the problem but also accessed another issue with the door!
