Excellent Company. The staff in the office is very professional and helpful in answering any questions. Mike Ganning who came to provide the estimate and helped to select the door for us did an excellent job. Showed many option and recommended to replace only the door not the motor as the motor is in good condition. Julian Zivan & team who came to do the installation were prompt and completed the project on time and cleaned up all debris after. Overall the performance of the company and the staff was excellent!! Well, lost the first one… Worked with Julian and Esdras Both: knew their work, explained everything clearly, were both professional, were both efficient, answered any questions I had (and I tend to ask a lot of questions so I can learn). Would definitely recommend both as the dynamic duo or each separately. Precision is lucky and fortunate to have them in its employ. NOTE: ‘new products purchased’ needs another choice: purchased new garage door system. This is our situation and there was no situation.

Joey was the technician who came out to diagnose a problem with my garage door opener. He was extremely polite, and courteous, and even offered to bring me coffee when he called with his eta! He arrived when he said he would, and took the time to evaluate the problem and offer a variety of options for repair/replacement. He was extremely thorough. Overall very pleased with the level of service.

One of the best service technicians I've had at my house. Carlos Ortiz and his technician called and let me know when they will be arriving and let me know they had 1 customer ahead of me and called me as soon as they were finished to say they were on their way. They even asked me if I would like coffee from the deli. I've never had a service tech ask that. Their work was excellent. I had a spring that broke as well as old pulley, hinges and rollers that needed replaced. All parts were available on truck and work was completed within a few hours on a very hot day! I highly recommend Carlos and Precision Door!

So happy with the service. Our door refused to open, but we were just expecting to get the mechanism replaced so that it would operate as before. Instead we ended up with a an upgarded product - I had no idea that a garage door could actually open quietly. All the work was conducted professionally (Carlos was great), on a timely basis and with the price initally quoted being the price we actually paid.

When I called to make an appointment, the woman was so nice and actually followed up with phone calls letting me know the technician was running late on a job but was still coming. I so appreciated that! The technician (Julian Villamor) called to let me know he was on his way and thanked me for my patience. Some little character got into our garage and decided to dine on the wiring for our door remote! I went online saw the good reviews for Precision Door Service, called and Leo the technician was here the following day! He addressed the problem but also accessed another issue with the door! We gave the go ahead and what a difference it made in it's operation! Bottom line, would highly recommend Precision Door and ask for Leo who services homes in Fairfield County!
